Na wat voor Alexis als een eeuwigheid voelde werden ze eindelijk terug gebracht. Ze kon gelukkige weer zien na ze het vampierbloed heeft gehad. Ze ging weer liggen op haar buik zodat ze Kai aan kon kijken. "I think I'm going insane Kai. When we laid there, I though I was talking to you, I heard your voice in my head, but that's so stupid. I'm just going crazy" zei ze terwijl ze haar hand tussen de tralies doorstak en zijn hand vast pakt.

Alexis was blij dat er op het moment niks bij haar werd gedaan, al zou ze alle pijn die Kai nu voelde, opzich willen nemen. Ze wil hem besparen, hij verdient het niet. Alexis vond dat zij het wel verdiende, dat dit haar straf was voor  het leven wegnemen van Davina. Ze had dat nooit mogen doen, het was een slecht ding om te doen. Ookal had zij anders Kai en Alexis gedood. Al voelde ze zich hier schuldig over, de andere zijn hier door haar. Ze is zo dom geweest om James te vertrouwen, ze dacht dat hij een goede jongen was, maar het tegendeel blijkt waar te zijn. Dit had ze nooit achter hem gezocht.

'Is this real? Can we actually talk with our minds or am I just becoming crazier with the second' dacht Alexis. Niet dat het antwoord veel zou uitmaken, want dat zou nog steeds niks verklaren. Ze kon het pas weten als ze het hem echt vroeg, pratend. "Kai if this is real, you can get through this. I know it hurting like hell but you're the strongest of us all. I love you Kai you can  do this' dacht ze. Hopelijk waren ze snel klaar en konden ze terug naar de cellen zodat ze hem kon vragen of hij ook wat hoorde.

Alexis dacht te horen dat Kai wat tegen haar zei, waarschijnlijk zat dat gewoon in haar hoofd. Waarschijnlijk was dat wat ze wilde horen. 'I can't freaking see right now and it terrifies me because I can't see what he's  doing'  dacht ze. Dat was wat ze zou antwoorden als ze echt met Kai kon praten. Ze werd waarschijnlijk gek, zo gek dat ze met zich zelf gaat praten. "Now  for Kai, what  can we do with you?" Hoorde ze James wel écht zeggen.

Ik haar hoofd bleef het rondspoken met de vraag, hoe ze hier uit kunnen komen. 'I can't  do this I can't.  I have to calm down now because I'm getting mad and I don't  wanna turn evil again' zei ze in haar  hoofd, niet hard op, dat zou  raar zijn. Kai kon haar niet  geruststellen, als ze het erover zouden hebben op dit moment , zou  James er misbruik van gaan maken. Ze kon niks zien, ze wilde  het vampieren bloed. Ze werd er namelijk gek van, en het  was angstaanjagend.

Alexis schrok toen ze opeens voelde dat haar hand opgepakt werd. "So tell me where does this magic of you guys even come from? You hand? Is there something in there?"  Hoorde ze James zeggen en voelde  dat hij een snee maakte in haar hand. "Don't worry Alex, you are not dying, not today. You'll get that magic blood when we're done"  zie James. Ze moesten  hier weg en wel meteen.

Alexis werd vastgebonden op de tafel. Ze keek naar het plafond, het enige wat ze kon doen was afwachten. "I'm sure you already know what I'm about  to do, because you've listent to what I said" hoorde ze James zeggen. Als snel  werd het  zwart en gilde ze het uit van de pijn. "I thought I could just  start with this, because you aready knew I was going to do this"  zei James. Het was nu alleen nog maar enger aangezien ze niet kon zien wat hij ging doen.

Alexis stapte snel naar achteren en ging naar Kai staan. Ze durfde haar magie niet te gebruiken, dat zou dan waarschijnlijk weer verkeerd aflopen. "George quick" hoorde Alexis, James grommen. Alexis kon voelen hoe haar magie weer geblokkeerd werd, hoe ze weer kouder  werd. Ze werden vast gepakt, Alexis besloot  maar om niks meer te doen, voordat  hij haar direct doodde.

"It will heal, eyes take longer but they will heal"  zei Stefan. "I just don't  get it, I really thought all of the Augustiens were gone, I thought  we got rit of all of all of them afther Elena got taken from campus. What  are all of them even doing on  campus?"  Zuchtte Stefan.

Alexis knikte "I love you Kai, don't  forget"  zei ze toen de deuren van de cel open gingen. Ze stond eerst op en deed alsof ze braaf mee liet, en toen viel ze de man opeens aan die haar vast had. Ze deed alles wat Kai haar geleerd had. Ze ontweek ze man, alleen James zelf kreeg  haar ze pakken en hield een mes tegen haar keel. Alexis hield haar hoofd omhoog. "Don't do something stupid like that ever again, or you will die immediately" hoorde ze James in haar oor sissen.


Stefan sloot zijn oogleden maar, hopend dat het dat zijn ogen dan sneller zouden helen. Daarnaast ziet het er waarschijnlijk niet heel smakelijk uit. "Good, listen we have to make a plan to escape right now. I don't want him to hurt you ever again"  zei  Stefan. "I'm so sorry you have to go through this. If I could take  all your pain, I would. I would let him do everything on me to save you" zei Stefan.

"I don't wanna become a vampire, I really don't want to. Maybe he won't even kill me, and I will become one for nothing. Can't we think of something else? We should figure out a way to break whatever is blocking our magic." zei Alexis. Ze keek hem angstig aan toen hij zei dat hij hem zou verblinden. "Wait no, I don't wanna be blind, we have to try to stop him. I can try to fight him since the vervain doesn't works on me, but I think he'll see that comming." zei ze tewijl ze hem aankeek.

Nadat hij blind gemaakt is voelde hij dat hij losgemaakt werd en ergens naartoe gebracht werd. Aan de geluiden te horen terug naar de cel. Toen hij voelde dat hij zat luisterde hij goed. "Suzy, Suzy are you there?" vroeg hij toen sinds hij niks kan zien. "Please tell me your still alive"  vervolgde hij direct. Hij hoorde cellen weer open gaan, zijn gehoor was nu wel beter aangezien hij niks kan zien. Waarschijnlijk was het de beurt aan Alexis en Kai.
